Roadmap

Qupzi grows in controlled stages.

The roadmap connects product development, technical validation, market feedback, funding and scalable production. Every step is designed to increase product maturity, brand strength and execution capability.

Qupzi Hamburg roadmap
Phase 0

Brand and digital market validation

Qupzi.com, feedback funnel, first investor contacts, partner pipeline, clear positioning and bilingual communication.

Phase 1

Hamburg pilot validation

Proof of technology, packaging prototyping, sensory work, stability, QA/QC, pilot batch, market test and KPI evaluation.

Phase 2

Local launch readiness

Hamburg retail test, first limited editions, pricing logic, repeat purchase signals, partner talks and production planning.

Phase 3

Semi-automated production

Repeatable workflows, controlled unit cost, quality gates, supply chain and preparation for higher production volumes.

Phase 4

Germany and DACH scale

Retail, e-commerce, education formats, event editions, co-branding and additional production partners.

Phase 5

EU and global partner path

Licensing, co-packing, strategic partners, international editions and platform logic for FMCG, education and events.

Capacity with discipline

Production targets are milestones, not promises.

The plan follows a staged capacity build-up: early pilot and market test volumes, then higher volumes through semi-automated and later more automated processes. Each increase depends on quality, demand, funding and partner readiness.
